Thanks to its many years of experience, InfoTrader processes large amounts of data and other privacy/competition sensitive information. It is, therefore, up to us to do everything in our power to ensure that this takes place in a careful and safe manner, while guaranteeing the protection of the data provided by our customers.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The new European GDPR (AVG in the Netherlands) privacy law came into effect on 25 May 2018. The GDPR forms our new framework of privacy legislation that applies uniformly in the Netherlands and the rest of the EU. The GDPR describes, among other things, how personal data should be handled.

Despite the fact that Suriname is not subject to European legislation, we find it important to comply with the rules applicable in the Netherlands. Separate rules apply to the processing of data outside the EU. We meet these requirements and have the right procedures in place. In this respect the interests of the customer (data) are paramount and we ensure a safe and transparent processing of the data provided.
